The issuer of not just the XRP token, but stablecoin RLUSD, Ripple has made and was rejected in a buyout attempt of Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, according to Bloomberg.
Sources told Bloomberg that Ripple remains interested in Circle, but hasn’t decided on whether to make another offer.
